As Athletic Equipment Attendant alongside Marco, Blake ensures that our athletes have the necessary tools to succeed both on and off the court. He manages the procurement, maintenance, and distribution of athletic equipment, guaranteeing that our teams are equipped with top-quality gear. Blake is also a seasoned athlete and scholar. He began his basketball journey at Miramar, where he excelled, earning spots on the All-Conference First Team and the prestigious All-State Academic Team.

Continuing his academic and athletic pursuits at California State University San Marcos, Blake earned his Master's in Business Administration, specializing in Data Analytics. His academic prowess was recognized when he was honored as the Graduate Student of the Year for his achievements in the MBA program at CSUSM. As captain of the basketball team, he led his teammates to victory in the CCAA conference tournament, earning the Tournament MVP title. Additionally, Blake's commitment to academic excellence was evident as he received the Elite 13 Award for the highest GPA among tournament participants.

Post-graduation, Blake played professionally in Germany and Luxembourg before returning to Miramar College to share his expertise as Equipment Manager. Leveraging his experience as a student-athlete, Blake provides unique insights and a deep understanding of the needs of our athletes, ensuring that our department continues to thrive. His dedication to excellence and teamwork, both on and off the court, makes him an invaluable asset to our athletic community.
