The Miramar men's water polo team used a tremendous three-quarter defensive effort to erase a huge Southwestern lead and come back for a 14-11 victory, at the Baumer Aquatic Complex.

After spotting the Jaguars a first-quarter 11-0 lead, the Jets would not let SWC find the net the rest of the match. Meanwhile, Miramar would score 14 unanswered goals in the final three quarters for the win.

Jets MWP was led by Santiago Salcedo, who scored seven goals in the furious comeback. Kyle Macias (2), Cameron Tran (2), Samuel Suminski (2), and Nick Staudinger also scored for Miramar. Suminski would also add six assists to his work on the day. Jacob Moreland logged 15 saves at goalie to help make the Jets comeback stand up.
