Three Jets Earn All-Conference Honors
San Diego Miramar College Men's Basketball continues to make its mark, with three standout players earning Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC) All-Conference honors for their performances this season. Tecumseh Rosario, Malik Homayed, and Ah-Zion Applewhaite were all recognized for their contributions on the court, showcasing their talent, efficiency, and impact.
Tecumseh Rosario – First Team All-Conference
Rosario led the way for the Jets, earning First Team All-Conference honors after an impressive conference campaign. The dynamic scorer averaged 10.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game, all while maintaining elite efficiency. He shot 50% from the field and an outstanding 52.6% from three, making him one of the most reliable offensive threats in the PCAC.
Malik Homayed – Second Team All-Conference
Homayed made his presence felt inside, earning Second Team All-Conference honors. A force on the boards, he averaged 7.4 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, ranking 4th in the conference in rebounding. His impact on both ends of the floor was key for the Jets, as he shot 47% from the field and controlled the paint night in and night out.
Ah-Zion Applewhaite – Honorable Mention All-Conference
Applewhaite added another strong performance to the Jets' season, earning Honorable Mention All-Conference recognition. The versatile scorer averaged 10.0 points and 3.1 rebounds per game, shooting an efficient 48.3% from the field. His ability to contribute in multiple areas made him an essential piece of Miramar's success this season.
