Consistent with the mission of San Diego Miramar College, Miramar Jets Intercollegiate Athletics will strive for academic and athletic excellence by offering model programs that fit the needs, interests, and abilities of our male and female student-athletes. In this context, excellence is focused on the physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being to develop meaningful standards of character, respect, responsibility, integrity, leadership, and sportsmanship within the educational and social environment, through highly qualified educators, coaches, and state-of-the-art facilities.
IF INJURY OCCURS WHILE VISITING OUR CAMPUS
Please see the athletic training staff immediately if a student-athlete should be injured during a sanctioned practice or contest. Only the athletic training staff may release the athlete for further participation. Contact Tosh Tepraseuth 619-388-7758 or from a campus phone dial Ext. 7758.
ATHLETIC TRAINING
Per CCCAA regulation, the San Diego Miramar College Athletic program will provide on-campus coverage during all home athletic events. In addition, visiting teams are responsible for traveling with a medical supply kit, which also include insurance, emergency information, and consent forms. For special needs, please contact the San Diego Miramar College Athletic Training staff:

THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION
San Diego Miramar College is a member of the California Association of Community Colleges which governs the activities of its members and includes all the California Community Colleges.
The CCCAA is a division of the Community College League of California (CCLC) and governs the athletic activities of the state community colleges. The CCCAA Governing Board is composed of athletic directors, administrators, instructors, board members and students from various conferences of the state, and members at large, serving multiple year terms.
The State Athletic Constitution is a function of this commission and contains the rules and regulations followed by the California Community Colleges. A copy of the constitution is in the office of the president as well as the office of the athletic director. Minutes of the Commission on Athletics are posted when they are received and filed for reference in the office of the athletic director.
CONFERENCE REPRESENTATION
San Diego Miramar College is a member of the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC).
The PCAC is committed to the principles set forth in their respective Conference Constitution By-Laws and Supplements and CCCAA Athletic Constitution.

Appropriate conduct by all participants in the San Diego Miramar College Athletic program is expected at all times. This includes athletic program athletes, coaches, personnel, staff and volunteers. As a highly visible member of San Diego Miramar College everyone is expected to act with integrity, civility and self-discipline. We believe in high standards in all aspects of an athletic program. We want to set examples for the college in the classroom and on the playing surface.

DIRECTIONS TO SAN DIEGO MIRAMAR COLLEGE CAMPUS
From I-15 going north
From I-15, take the Carroll Canyon Road exit and turn left onto Carroll Canyon Road.
Turn right onto Black Mountain Road.
Take a right at the 2nd service drive (Hour Glass Way -After Gold Coast Road) into Hour Glass Fields. Park closest to the gym.
From I-15 going south

PARKING ON CAMPUS
Parking for athletic events on the San Diego Miramar College campus is free in the following designated lots (see attached campus map):
Fieldhouse Sports – Basketball / Volleyball– Visitor/Staff/Student Lots 1 and 2 and Rec Center Parking next to the outdoor volleyball courts.
Aquatics – Visitor/Staff/Student Lots 1 and 2 and Rec Center Parking next to the outdoor volleyball courts.
Soccer – Visitor/Staff/Student Lots 1 and 2 and Rec Center Parking next to the outdoor volleyball courts.
Parking anywhere else on campus will require a permit; parking is enforced at San Diego Miramar College 24/7.
ADMISSION
Contest admission prices are as follows:
- $12.00 for all seats.
- $8.00 for identified students, faculty, staff, senior citizens age 60 and over and children less than 12 years of age.
